Can't afford an HDTV right now so I figure that I'll play my 360 on my monitor with the VGA cables.  I just want to know if it will show up as 16:9 even though my monitor is 4:3?  Also, do any of you out there use this type of setup?  If so, are you happy with it?

Thanks.

You can set it to standard or wide screen resolutions (1280x1024 max in 4:3, 1360x768 max in 16:9)

I think VGA looks great with the 360.

Most 360 games do not support correct 4:3 (CoD2 is the only one that i'm aware of), so it will automatically put black bars on top and bottom on your 4:3 pc monitor if you pick widescreen format, or the image will be stretched if you pick 4:3.

I have that ass backwards, it should read:

....so it will automatically put black bars on top and bottom on your 4:3 pc monitor if you pick regular format, or the image will be stretched if you pick widescreen.
