Title: Possible Problem With New 360?

Make sure your doing everything correctly and that plugs all way in and switch is totaly on HDTV.

There might be some settings in your TV's menu that you have to configure.... Just a though.

as far as the second controller you have to push the connect button on the box then the connect button on the controller
