Title: Halo 2/vga Cable/live Problem
Post by: ferrari_rulz_02 on December 30, 2005, 05:37:00 PM
to me, it sounds like you dont have the updated emulator profile for halo 2. but your connected to live so it should download the latest one automatically.

have you seen it update the profile for the game at all yet?

This is the problem though i've got the emulators because Halo will play single player - it's only when I try to update it via live I get the issues.

I also downloaded the emulators from xbox.com and installed them via CD-ROM so that's not the problem either.

Is there any way of updating to the latest version of halo via a CD ROM as there is with the emulators?

have you got the map pack on disc? if you do, that will update it to v1.1

if you dont, or you do and that doesnt work, then give m$ a 'wtf is going on here?' call.
