Title: D-terminal To Hdmi/dvi Connector Or Adapter

Hello,
Luckily or unluckily    i got a Jap premium pack wth D-terminal connector. I am not in Japan and my HDTV don't have D-terminal input.  

Now is there any cable/connector/adapter through which i can connect the D-terminal output to HDMI/DVI port of my HDTV. Or with no other option i have to buy a separate component cable????
