Title: Training Achievement

I beat the entire game quite a bit ago, since then have been playing Oblivion.  However, when i was playing it, it never registered that i completed training and gave me the achievements points.  Is this an isolated case or a known issue?  i know others have gotten the achievement so i was confused.
