Title: Oblivion On 50 Hz Tv - Help!

I know it's been asked countless times. Google told me. But I'm going to risk a noob bashing and ask anyway, because there's quite much at stake for me here. Look, I really can't search the forum manually - there's too much Oblivion goodness that just keeps taunting me. I mean after all these years the copy is right next to me and I can't even read the manual.

So, what's the real problem with Oblivion+50 Hz TV combo? I've seen different answers on the net - "it doesn't work at all" is the scariest alright, but I've also read about problems with:
-FMV
-actual gameplay
- stuttering sound
And they all come in different variations. Some people only experience FMV problems, some claim the voices keep jittering. So, I guess my question is - is there any way to determine how it'll work with my TV? I have Xbox 360 Premium PAL, warm, fresh, unpacked Oblivion PAL and Sony KV-C296 TV. I'm posting the TV model only because I don't really know if it matters, so I'm just securing myself I guess.

Why am I not checking it myself? Because I can still resell it, and a packed game looks better. Again, if it's already been answered here or I'm just missing something apparent beyond belief, then please simply post a link. Please please...?

Borrow/Rent a copy to test?

The UK PAL copy of Oblivion certainly doesn't spot a 50hz TV and refuse to work.  I simply experenced stuttering video/sound.

The PAL game isn't supposted to work in 50Hz mode, but mine does for some reason.
I played 50 hours in horrible pal 60 untill one day I tried it in PAL50 and it worked no problems at all with the game.

Play in PAL50, there is no problem playing it in that mode.
