Title: Oblivion Trainer Locations (specifically Security)

Alright, the general blivion thread is too full of praise of the game and unrelated sub topics to get an answer to a question, thus the creation of this thread.  I was wondering if anyone knew where the Security Trainer is located.  Also, to make this thread worth while, the locations of any of the other trainers.
