i remember hearing about the picture mode in pgr3 and thinking it was lame till they claimed you could take your pictures and put them on your pc...
but you cant....why?

this like many things kinda has me pissed about the 360...
like the lack of the ability to put my own gamer avatar up...one i make...you know to make the 360 mine...like MS wanted...
i understand they dont want lude pics and stuff..so they should just have an approval or somthing...
what about coppying my media to the hard drive...like mp3s and wmv files?

it just fels like were were promised alot more  in the customiseation area that we arent getting...

now the only reason i have to take pictures in pgr3 is to get my gamer score up.....lame

If they would have taken their time, instead of having to beat $ony to the market rolleyes.gif I bet it would have been better...........

its software on a chip; it can be re-factored to do anything they want. Be loud and proud and one day "they" might listen.

yeah it would be nice to see a dash update to have more open use but the problem is  they worry about the system being open to hacks....
so we dont get flexability...
and the comunity suffers...
then people try harder to hack the system to get the functionality they want.
and and M$ lost another battle...

i think we'll see it. not with pgr3 but in future releases.  just give it some time.

I feel the same way. I mean I thought we could transfer movies and make our own avatar.

im pretty sure there are features on the console. they just have to be unlocked.

ppl just keep 4getting that everything is upgradeable (or that there is gonna be a HUGE update available on the first year anniversary of the 360)....... dry.gif

I remember hearing once though that features like these wont be available immediately cause theyre not sure how  its gonna work yet.......

yeah and things like that scare me...
is the live market plce going to be updated monthly? bi-monthly? yearly?
will we get constant dash upgrades to have the best experiance or just the best benifit for MS?
i guess only time will tell...
