Difficult enough to make the achievement's worth while but not stupid difficult like "become the best player in the world"
As for the game being in development for 10 years... they STARTED 11 years ago, worked on it for a while then the project was canceled... after a while they picked it back up and re-started from scratch.
It was started in '95 and then canceled in '99 due to major engine problems. Rumors started floating around '02 that the game had been picked back up and it wasn't made official until last year.
They trashed their original engine in place for a heavily modified version of the Doom 3 engine but the story and general game design remained the same as what they'd had back in '99

Well, the demo probably launches at the same time in different countries. I think that that website is in Denmark (correct me if i'm wrong). It launches on the 22nd for them when it's still the 21st here in the states.

I can understand the amount of problems that anyone in the game industry faces, but that is why the PR hustlers should SHUT THE FUCK UP.
I like knowing ahead of time whats coming but demos and the like should not be hyped up when thier still fucked up.
But PC demo is kickass eh? I want it on my big TV too...looking all maxed...
But yeah, shit happens.

umm a GoW demo has never been announced or mentioned by anyone at MS or epic, Mark Reins from epic even pointed out how they wont have a GoW demo out soon, and maybe never.

Bill Gates' #1 thing against pyracy has been to make people WANT to buy things, before trying to combat it with different securities and such and he's winning me over. people should be happy they have such a system and before somebody tells me, "no no omglollipopshorts, we pay $50 a year!!!! for this service" no, no we don't, we pay $50 for multiplayer gaming, just like in xbox 1, the rest is all gravy. it is an ingenious service that makes them more money with all their "points" like their own country that translate to dollars and cents
but at the same time adds to the wonderful array of possibilities for the 360. kind of fell off topic there, but what i'm saying is, wait for the damn demo, it will come. if u can't wait, play one of the other great 360 games...or hell, even go outside for a change.

so far the game runs great on my rig(amd 2800+, ati x850xt, 2.5 gigs of pc3200 DDR, but has quite a bit of screen tearing but i think its my lcd monitor, ill have to look up the refresh rates, LG flatron L1730S, it better not be shit, i payed friggin 390.00 for this damn thing 2 months after it came out, didnt know about the specs and problems at the time and havent played any games beside my wife playing kiddie games to cause me to go check
it does look slightly choppy at points but there arent many options to change in the video section of the menu, is this all we have or will the full version bring us more options

You know what I read about that. Whine whine whine whine whine. Prey demo rocks on the 360. There IS NO SKIPPING. You prove to me where it is and I"ll duplicate it. Until then I think your full of it. Now there does seem to be a little stretching but giving motion sickness is an understatement. Perhaps you should go see a doctor and have that condition checked out. I play 3 feet in front of a 27" and do I complain?
I cant stop playing the demo. Is is good but it doesn't blow me away like GRAW does. But it gives me a look at what the later levels will be like. This game is alot better than PD0. Do you guys really thought it would be any different than doom 3? Same guys that made doom 3? C'mon now, don't act surprised.
