The guys over at thinkgeek.com(IMG:http://www.lduhtrp.net/image-1019213-10356324) received the Halo3 Laser Command toys from Jasman Toys:

Not for me, but perfect for anyone who bought the legendary edition. If you can spend that much on a helmet you can spend it on a plasma rifle. They are awesome.

I was thinking the same exact thing. This is well made and good workmanship and all, if I actually still played laser tag(even if I don't play anymore it's still a well made product.) But, I imagine what I would look like after polishing off a pint of Don Julio, running down my street holding the plasma rifle yelling "WHAT BITCHES!!!!" KINGKONG AIN'T GOT NOTHING ON ME!" in a game of "LASER TAG?"

These things have been sitting on the shelves of Hot Topics since 2 weeks after Halo3 launch, AFAIK they are exclusive to Hot Topic. I find it quite amusing how many hypocritical a-holes there are here. What is this site called? Xbox-Scene? Isn't this a site dedicated to customization ( being a ubber gek ) of your Xbox.

Hey now... see the chick in my avatar? Yeah, I'm married to her - and she would most DEFFINATELY play with a plasma pistol... maybe hot and shallow just go together too much in this world, because if a chick bases who you are and what you mean to her on a plasma pistol sitting in your room as opposed to the fact that you're committed to her and treat her like she's human (as opposed to just a sex toy), then she probabley isn't worth the effort anyway...

They are claiming authentic sound effects?!

Not to sound too nerdy, but those sound effects are no where close to what they were in Halo 1/2! It's not so much the quality of the gun or the sound itself, just the simple fact that it's not the sound you hear when firing the gun in the game.

Who knows...maybe it was a copyright violation to replicate the sound exactly or something
