I've been watching Bungie on and off since midnight and so far haven't seen any signs of a signup or any news of when it will be, other than the fact that it is sometime today.  Anybody got any inside info on what time signup will start?

I believe that the announcement said that when the commercial airs they were going open it up. So sometime tonight during monday night football. If they stick to their announcement.

hey, thought I would share this with all you guys. when I go to halo3.com, i get an special error page saying that halo 3 is the dramatic conclusion to the trilogy, and then a message saying i need to upgrade flash. found this link in the page's source:link. just thought i'd share.

Just thought I'd add to this and say that if it keeps redirecting you to Bungie.net, clear your browser's cache and it should work fine. Good luck to everyone that signs up  biggrin.gif.

not sure if anyone has found this or not but i found the halo3 beta signup page. however i dont really want to sign up now because it might kill my chances at getting the demo if i sign up early. here is the link

I think this will be the first time i've watched monday night footbal since the early 90's, when teh 49ers were AWESOME!!

I tried that link, and since it makes you sign in with your windows live email, i think it is legit. i mean they are all together (MS, Bungie, hotmail)

Is anyone else having trouble signing up?  I sign up and just get a white screen that has terms of use and privacy policy or something like that on it.  Is there supposed to be a confirmation email or anything?  Anybody know?

The site is working for me, but I can't get past the you must have a Windows Live ID.  So I go to windows live site and it says I already have a Live ID with my passport.  The passport system is such a piece of crap.   grr.gif

I had that but I reloaded the halo3.com page and it loaded up a page to select language, then said I needed to sign in and now its a blank white page. I'm hoping this thing isn't on a time limit  laugh.gif.

The link that Mitch posted is the legit one in the step process.  I'm not having any trouble with the Halo3 site, only stupid MS studios.  Using Mozilla over here.

I've heard that Firefox works fine for registering, but I used IE7 for my registration.

They tend to pick active members of the bungie.net forums for these things so I don't know the likelyhood of the majority of people who will sign up...Keep an eye on Ebay for it  laugh.gif

Yeah and I doubt that they are going to sort through them all and find the active members...they will probably just run some script to pick one out of every 10 registrations or something like that.

The commercial just dropped on espn.  I missed half of it.  Damn!  Chief threw something down that made a shield around him and protected him from an air raid.  Then he jumped off a cliff into a mix of marines.

Damn I just got to the registration page and after filling it out it timed out.  Grrr...
