Title: Whammy Bar Fix

here is a tutorial on how to fix the bar. it works great, i've done it myself, the adjustment needed is VERY minor. if anyone has any trouble with the fix, just ask your questions here and i'm sure someone will have the necessary insight to fix your issue.
