Haha. This happened to me the first time I played too. I just stopped playing for the day. Next morning my wrist was still a little sore, but it went away as the day went on. Try using a looser grip, you want to have your wrist straight but not like an arrow, just go for whats comfortable and loose. You should be alright later on tomorrow

it could be because i dont use my pinky or ring finger for any thing
this is the only game that makes you use them

my wrist doesnt hurt as bad so i went and played for another hour with no problem

HOLY GOD. MY LEFT HAND IS DEAD.

I started sucking, I was 5 five starring alot of songs, so if I fucked up I'd just restart. WHEW!

This is just unreal having guitar hero two on my main gaming platform again. Ahhhh....

I want to play more, but 7 hours straight has taken effect, and I rock out when I play.

yeah, me and a friend were playing today and i was used to the wavy thing after playing for a while but my friend wasnt so he looked at the screen real funny and said i think your tv is broke cuz the screen looks like it is moving up, i just told him thats the guitar hero side effect. but does anyone else think that some of the songs you buy from the store suck hardcore, cuz i wonder why they put half those songs on there cuz they suck, but all the main songs are sweet

I only like six, thunderhorse, jordan, and the light that blinds.

yea. im a metalhead.

After my first day of having the Wii I had all sorts of fun pains (especially in my elbow). I guess it's normal when you're moving in a way your body isn't used to.

thats what he said, jk, lol

i could not help myself.

My hand didn't get sore but it was getting a little cramped while I was playing (as soon as the song stopped and I released my grip I'd be fine)..

I found that holding the controller closer to upright helped a lot, not to mention it you can put it into star power mode much easier.

I had my left wrist broken couple of years back, wella ctually both of my hand's bones chipped of at the end where they connect with the wrist. When i play sitting down and my wrist bent it gets the worse of it. Shooting pain begins to develop, and sometimes i just cant continue on as it feels liek somebody is smashing it with a hammer. So try positioning yourself corectly.

I'm glad to see that other people have that too, I thought I might be developing a tumor or something.

Haha ya the tunnel vision is pretty trippy, especially after playing a really long song on Expert a few times till you beat it without a break, then you look at like the wall and it looks like it's all moving haha

But ya, back on topic - The first day i played, i played for like 7 hours straight on easy then medium after a couple hours...
the second day all i did was complain about my hand hurting (it was my excuse for losing on a song heh)..
then either the second or third day i beat the game on medium
by the 4th day my hand didn't really ever hurt...

so i guess you just have to build up the muscles in your pinky finger...
cuz going from medium to hard and expert with having to use the pinky a lot more and moving the whole hand back and forth for some parts, my hand was like, "WTF IS THIS? I'm not supposed to be moving my pinky this much for anything! This sucks! I hate you!", and it got revenge by causing a lot of pain lol

So basically... the more you play the less you'll notice it, and the better you'll get because you'll be used to hitting those fast notes with your pinky and such
just takes a lot of time getting used to
