Title: Most Wanted Missions No Achievement?

Has anyone else done all 10 most wanted missions from the police computer and not got the achievement for it?  Or are there more to be done yet which are not accessible does anyone know or had this trouble?

im not exactly sure but id say there would be around 10 for each island
