From pictures of the boxes that I've seen from early copies they are the same size as a normal 360 game.  I guess they could fit 2 DVDs in there, but definitely not 4.  4 DVDs would be 25ish GB...which seems like an awful lot even for a game like GTA.

it's 1 disc, yes 1. not 2, 3, 4 or more. just one.
