Title: Aim For Xbox Plz!

pop.gif mmm..  wait i need my xbox to have aim any1 have it on theres i have link boks running and i want aim on my box so baid or msn or yahoo

nAIM is availible for xDSL.  Gaim is availible for Xebian and Gentoox.  

Other than that, I don't see much alternatives.  The reason people are against making an AIM program is because the Xbox dashboards can only load one program at a time.  Imagine a simple AIM, with not being able to view internet, listen to music (from the Xbox), or play any games.

Just get one of the Linux distros...  I recommend xDSL because it is not a memory hog.  Even if you have no idea how Linux works, xDSL is easy enough to navigate in.

well i hate xdsl i had to fix my hd because the thing wouldn't go to evox.

xDSL works just fine for me.  I imagine you didn't set it up properly.

just for the sake of argument , yes a dash can only load one program at a time but if some one where to port an opensource aim alternative they could intigrate a music program into it , still making the dashbaord only loading one program lmfao.
