Title: Xbox 360 4gb And First Strike

ok so last xmas I bought an xbox 360 slim 4gb and black ops. Today the new map pack came out so I bought it with my 1200 points but seems I cannot download it :S

download arrives at 98% or 99% and than I get the message "CAN`T DOWNLOAD FIRST STRIKE"

tried this for several hours.,...deleted and retried again but same problem

I have 2.6gb free..

so where is the catch and how can I sort it out ?

I get that same error message at 99% but I think that is because I am using a US account in the UK, can't find any workaround blink.gif

Pretty easy fix. Im at mexico tryed it yesterday and could complete the download... playing the MP right now.

U need to setup a VPN on a laptop.

Go to anonymitynetwork dot com and set up a free trial account.

on your laptop connect wirelessly to  your internet. then run the setup.

once the VPN has been created, fire up the program and connect to a US server.

Then share your VPN connection with your WIRED local area connection...

then just plug the ethernet cable from your XBOX to your laptop's ethernet port.

Xbox will get internet from your vpn (which is connected to an US server) thus xbox live will "think" your @ colorado or NY lol wink.gif
