and a day after i sent my (third) 360 in for repairs.

hope its free forever.

as far as the repairs on this one.. it wasnt critical, but i was getting a lot of DDE's on newer games. given i played all of spider man with only one DDE, my year was almost up so i figured since good ole gates was paying, id take one.

they have you tape the repair order number to the 360, i added a little note telling them i wouldnt mind them sending me back an elite biggrin.gif

It does say North America only:

Originally conceived by three Microsoft Corp. interns over the course of a summer, “Aegis Wing” will be available for free to all Xbox LIVE® Silver and Gold members in North America for a limited time. “Aegis Wing” will be available for download on Xbox LIVE Arcade for Xbox 360™ beginning Wednesday, May 16, at 2 a.m. PDT.

i saw someone from the uk playing this on my freinds list, i hate sedning messages on XBL so i didnt ask how.

So any of you guys know how? i mean i can't even download it and i thought they stopped international live accounts.

I'm in Australia with a PAL 360 and I managed to download the game no problems on my US account. I was even able to download some free Video Marketplace content. So there doesn't seem to be any restrictions in place yet.
