Title: Crysis Whats Your Views On The Xbox360 Version

Saw a demo on GAMERTV of someone playing the PC version of CRYSIS at the CES2007 & was amazed how this game looked & with this coming to the xbox360 how close do you think its going to look to a this running on a decent PC setup,I think (hope) the developers will push the 360's to the limits with CRYSIS

I think they said if they were to make it for the 360, they would have to either seriously modify the current engine or start a whole new engine. If the latter is ture then be prepared for a long wait.

I used to have my own theories about a possible 360 version but there are sooooo many damn games due out in the next 18 months that I stopped wasting my time giving though 2 it.

All the waiting and theorizing in the world wont make it come sooner. Even if it was a pc port, it would'nt be out for a loooooong time. And Like Invader said, if they make it a different game using the 360 assets and start over, it might be years(plural) before anything is heard.

they might as well just skip crysis for the 360 and start on crysis 2

Yeah i get where you coming from I was also thinking on similar lines when i stated that at the end of the year I'll more than likely replace my ageing PC rig with something with a little more poke
