As long as you keep your HDD or MU from being touched, you shouldn't have and problems continuing to use those save games.

when mine broke for time number 2, they wanted me to  send in the hard drive, stating they had to test it to see if it was the problem.

i refused, and just got a new 360.

when i put the new drive in it had to do some security deal before being usable.

one thing i noticed, was that after deleting some of my demos, my free space didnt go up if i deleted them from the demo menu.
when i deleted from the memory tab, it raised my GB free.

strange issue still unresolved. too bad there isnt a way to format everything besides the xbox live accounts and saves :?

also i did the system cache clear, that didnt help any.
