this is good news indeed, why even question it? im not sure how MS will handle actual MMOs but i do know that AT&T will also be hosting the servers that run spectator modes, the first being Gotham TV. so without AT&T i dont think spectator mode would host as many people unless MS hosted the actual servers themselves which in the end may have effected the price of LIVE.

The price of live or an aditional charge is my question weather this can be good or bad for gamers.and i wonder how m$ will handle it.I hope there isnt an aditional charge in the end.
This is most likely an attempt by MS to help eliminate lag from MMOs. As the devices, software and network will all be controlled, they can prioritize the traffic and ensure that real-time game data is delivered reliably. In addition they can provide metrics to AT&T from client devices about latency to the game servers, helping isolate bad hardware or hardware configurations to fix problematic connections.
