So just wondering what games you think graphicly will look the best at launch...
personally I think it will be kameo since its rare/MS and proably had its hands on countless beta kits and info for development....
and others that are being rushed for launch are going to look like top notch regular xbox games.... but again just my opinion now post yours

And as good as kameo might look, I dont get into the cartooony stuff.
Oblivion will be gorgeous with its lush areas.
Quake 4 will be buttery smooth and looking good
Recon 3 "might" be the weakest, but thats saying alot when its in the same league as the above mentioned.
PD Zero, noone knows
I'll stop b4 I get carried away.
Next summer is when the REAL gems appear.
Gears, Huxley, Dark Sector.....

I was going to point out the same thing: Sonic a launch title for the genesis?? I could have sworn i purchased it almost 2 yrs after the system launched.
Super mario bros, Mario 64, and Halo are in my top 10 games of all time; all being launch titles.
But i agree that there have been thousands of crap launch titles. The few good ones seem to only come from first-party developers; which makes sense.

There is no fact to what is good and what isnt when it boils down to media. Everything is an opinion. If a form media is popular, that only means many people share a positive opinion about said object. The only way for it to become a fact is if every person shares that same opinion. If every person who ever played Halo thought it was a good game, then it would become a fact, otherwise it is just an opinion as to whether it is a good game or not.
My opinion of said games. PGR2 was crap as I don't like arcade racers. Halo 2 sucked as I hate the over used sci-fi theme of a bright and colorful world, and I also don't like console FPS.
I notice that and that those same people bash $ony for having proven games such as MGS4, Killzone 2, Devil May Cry, etc. Hypocritical don't you think?
I wont buy oblivion anyways as I did not have a fun experience with the last few Elder Scroll games. PGR3, you should already know why I wouldnt even look at this at any point in time. I have never liked the Ghost Recon games, I prefer to play the standard Rainbow Six games as they feel somewhat more realistic. Perfect Dark Zero, well I might be in the minority here, but I had no interest in PD on the N64, so why would I even care about the new one.

i still believe there is in fact the difference between a good game and a bad game that is beyond opinion.
a game with an unplayable frame rate, graphics, laughable story, and horrid sound is a bad game. a game with a great story, graphics, crontrols/play factor, and gorgeous sound is a good game. like everything else in this world there is a difference between quality and crap. but he wont get my point and instead call us all hipocrites.
and to me there is a difference between a series that will continue to push the bar and improve on itself and a series that will add gimicks and nothing more to rehash the same game. MGS is one of the games that comes to mind. considering the gameplay, camera angle, and features of the latest installment it plays too much like MGS1. if there is a good game on the shitstation im not too blind to admit it.

it was considered so bad that retail employees tried it and demanded their managers pull it from shelves. They didnt want to angry customers who would surely return it. Nah but thats not a bad game. It looked like poop was on the screen, couldnt see where you were going, no sound, controls didn't work.
