Title: Wireless Controller To Pc Interface

What would I need in order to make a wireless controller allow me to use XIM like software to use a keyboard and mouse for COD4? I severely doubt that the XFPS or XIM is neccisary at all to perform this function because of what software people can develop. I could also use the board from my rockband drums for the security chip as well.

I've wired extra buttons to my spare controller but its pretty much useless to me so I want to make an adapter out of it, much thanks if you can help.
