Title: Wireless Headset Help

I have a 360 wireless headset that recently stop working. I plug it in and wont take a charge or does not turn on. Are there any tutorials on how to fix this issue or and I screwed cause M$ makes crap

if it isnt too old try calling MS they may fix it for ya.
