Title: Wireless Bridging?

i have a linksys wrt 54g lying around flashed with dd-wrt. im just wondering how i can use it as a wireless bridge and if anyone can point me to a tutorial for it or something, thanks

Your question is not so clear...

WRT54G is a Wireless Router. You can disable the router/DHCP functions and turn it into an Access Point which is basically a wireless bridge...

Can you clarify what it is that you are looking for?

check www.linksysinfo.org for all your wrt54g as a ____ needs.

I just use two wrt54g with dd-wrt as the firmware. its free and then here is an example of how to connect it. http://grimsplace.co...dard_bridge.jpg

Does this work on the WRT54G with any firmware and version?  I have a WRT54GL at home with dd-wrt firmware and might pick up a cheaper WRT54G so I hook up my 360, Xbox1 and PC together on wireless.

what are you using to connect your 360 to the router? if your going to use a wireless option don't sheel out for the m$ one, simply get one metal coat hangar, and some tin foil, wrap the coat hanger in tin foil and insert into your 360's ethernet port, no setup is required as hangars have DHCP enabled in them by default. unfortunatley WEP keys are a bitch to configure when using this method.

I think JKB needs to clean the lubricant from his ethernet ports
