Title: Would This Ide To Usb Convert Work?

Here  I am wanting to use something like this to add a 160GB HDD onto the inside of a 360 would this work on it?

I mean if u want it just for your PC HDD than yes but if u want to use it on your xbox360 HDD than u need a SATA/IDE to USE
