Does anyone have more details on the internal wireless used for the controllers? it's 2.4g but that covers the wifi & bluetooth standards plus several others I suspect.
I'm just wondering if it's possible to bridge the xbox 360 to the network without bothering with the USB wifi dongle either by bluetooth or wifi.
Cheers,

The 360 has no internal bluetooth or wifi. The 2.4 ghz it uses for wireless controllers is the same deal that your cordless home phone uses. So you need to get the wifi donggle to get it on the net wirelessly. No way to use the internal 2.4 ghz system to do that.

most standard wireless bridges will work, no need to buy that inflated price m$ one.
