Your going to have to re-dump it.
When you first did it - it was stock. Now its jtag custom. To create the new image that is an Updated Dash, you need the current Nand dump.
Dump it again. 2 dumps. Check and add the new Dash. Create Image and then write to Nand.
J-runner is a great App for this. What Nand write device are you using ?
I actually have to use two versions of J-runner. Build 287 won't let my Matrix Flasher write. But 278 will
