Title: Bootanim.xex Question
Post by: Inuyasha152 on February 22, 2013, 12:54:00 AM
Hey all,
So I was using fakeanim for awhile and I've had some issues with it, so I went to get rid of it. Apparently the backup I had left on the system flash of my bootanim.xex is bad. I successfully removed fake anim but whenever I boot my console there is no animation. I looked at my bootanim.xex and it is 0kb. Obviously, it's bad.
I was able to pull the bootanim.xex from a backup NAND flash (updflash.bin) file I had before, and it's in the "Raw File System" category when extracting from 360 Flash tool. This file is 388kb.
My question is, if this is pulled from the "Raw file system" does it need to be encrypted or anything like that before I transfer it back to my flash folder on my360?
Thank you.
