I downloaded the newest version of dvd2xbox because I heard that is was the best, but I have not been able to find the default.xbe in the zip file. I read somewhere that I have to compile it but I don't know how to do that.  I already ftp the file to my xbox f:/apps and I have auto add item in my evox.ini file.

Is there a tutorial on how to setup dvd2xbox?

is is easier to compile code or just download compiled code?
