I have a 200GB hard drive and Evox 3921.  I need to know how to use the Boxplorer patch to use my G: partition, can anyone Help?

ppf-o-matic
load the .xbe as the "iso" and the .ppf as the "ppf".
click apply

I'm sorry I'm not sure what to do? how do I load the PPF do I have to make a disc?

No, you load it into PPF-o-matic, as heinrich has already told you.   <_<
