Title: Xbconnect ... Am I Banned ?

Ok.. I was playing Halo with XBCONNECT played fine for about an hour after connecting the LIve Headset just to see if it worked on XBConnect... after that  Everytime i conect to a new game it reads:

"There is a problem with the disk you are using
It may be dirty or damage
press A to continue...."

After that comes a XBX logo and wait bwlow and the xbx resets it self....

What do you thik happened????

Did the headset has some "Security check" or smething???
Do you think that XBconect Servers Checks your XBX????
Why the hell I Played fine for more then an hour and now icannot enter any game????

Remeber I Never conected to XBOX LIVE...
I Just Got Online Trhoug my computer with XBCONNECT and Played in The link mode...

Sounds like your disc is dirty. You can't be banned from XBConnect

Im playin from the harddisk...
It cant be Dirty....

when playing halo on system link, you have to go to the host screen first.


meaning,

before you can connect to someone elses server, you need to make a room and go to the screen where someone would connect to you

then back out, and go to the other persons server.

this will fix the dirty disc error,   im not sure why, but you will usually have to do this 1 time when you first start playing
