Have you had any issues using your exsiting profiles you copied over...?
Under Xbr..?
If I sign into mine which is Xbox Live Enabled (no ethernet Cable Plugged in) I can sign in sometimes but if I game weird things happen and the console locks up and has to be rebooted.
The way I found to get around this issue is to make fresh profiles and use them. They are of coarse off-line profiles and are not linked to Live which may make a difference, I don't know but I have no intention of hooking this up to Live as it would destroy the homebrew.
Anyway to remove the Xbox Live Link from a profile and make it off-line only..?
Maybe this would help.

I can second XBR behaving weird using 'old' pre xbr profiles. Like displaying a Star Wars game save when loading game save for entirely different game _ I kid u not!!!! Created new profiles and XBR working pretty flawflessly with them.
Bear this in mind when thinking going to hassle to copy over old profiles. I know this aint what u wan to hear but this is my experience. Interesting to see other peoples xbr performance issues are also due to using old profiles and if creating new test profiles the problems went away....
