Hey i just modded my box and it worked fine. It even showed up the cromwell with the focus encoder which everyone told me it shouldn't. But then when i flashed it with the X2 bios it didn't show anything and started to frag. I tryed several different bioses and every time we didn't see a picture. But when you turn the chip off it works like a normal box. Whats going on here? i am out of ideas.... please help

You need to use a newer bios like the m8, 4981 or 4983. If you use 4977, then it will FRAG everytime. The older bioses do not support the Focus chip, kindof like the older versions of the Cromwell that did not support video on the Focus chip.
