I have the X2_4983.06 from bins and the size is 256 and I was wondering if it supports LBA48. Also if it does do I have to do anything to activate this feature or is it just like default in the bios. Do I have to do anything with like xbtool to get the LBA48 support or can I just go ahead and flash my chip without doing anything to the bios at all and still have the LBA48 support. Thanks for any help on this it is appreciated.

4983 has LBA48 support built in. No need to do anything except add that huge HD ;)
Although note: 4983.06= all additional space on F partition. 4983.67 uses F and G for those monster drives B)

Better use version .67, cause when you'll turn on any bios which does support only normal F partitions (up to 137GB) you will loose all your data from F partition. I am using v .67 so I can use any other bios, although i can not reach anything from the G partition when using those old bioses.
