Title: Flashing Bios Without Cromwell?

Hello all,
       My situation is this. I have a 200 gig hdd upgrade so i need bios that support this..i have them. Now, both banks on my mod chip are full with Evox m7 bios. I know about dummy files and such but all the tutorials i find involve cromwell bios being present first. Can i flash my m7 bios with the X2 bios? and how do i go about this?

use evox (the dash) to flash your chip..

ok? so put evox on your xbox, run it, and flash your chip....

Ok, i guess the problem im not understanding is..when i load evox(dash) it gives me a list of options to chose from for bios. None of these are the bios i need. I have acquired the ones i need but they are not on the list in the dash options.

you need to put the bios you want to flash in the wherever-you-installed-evox\Bios folder.

Ok, now last question. Since i just installed the evox(dash) newest version i seem to no longer be able to ftp into the box. I have the Ip correct and i checked the ini file and it still says xbox is the password..no username is listed, but im assuming it is still xbox..but i cant get in? did you have a similar problem going from the old slayers evox(dash) to the newest version? any idea how i can get in?

i had no such problem.  Just ftp with xbmc if you have that much trouble with evox.

But i see no option for flashing bios with xbmc :/
