Title: Getting Windows 95 To Work

i've never really been into doing this, but just recently i found a windows 95 cd laying around at my grandpas house
i figured i could use it to put windows on my xbox

im not sure how to do it though, where do i begin
are there any tutorials or anything that i can use

and does my xbox have to be connected to the internet or something like that or can i just get certain files and put them on a cd and install it on my xbox

I really dont mean to sound rude, but you dotn even need to use the search button in order to get your answer.  First theres no stickies that show a way to do it, and alkso theres a post right below this one, and they still havent gotten it to run.  I dont know when they will, but right now, no releases so far.
