Title: Can't Read Lite-on Key

Hey Guru's,


I need your help !!

I am trying to dump the key from a lite-on drive , but everytime i try and read the Key i get the error "Warning Serial Data Is Bad" In jungle flasher.

I have done many Lite-On drives before and have never had this issue. Usually the key dump is a 5min process not even that.

The Lite-on details are:

MFG - July,2008
Model - DG-16D2S
HW Ver - A0A1
FW Ver - 74850C

I am using the CK3 , With Probe also have tried without ,bridging R707 aswell as R808 "Desperate" attmepts.

Every attempt i make gives me the Warning Serial Data is bad.


Question , Even if the tray was not open DVDKey would still read right ? I wouldnt get the warning error? I would just get a stack of 0's or C's....

The tray is half open , ive tried the tray @ all measures.



Any Ideas Guys ????????

Ok , I got it !

After around 100 attempts it finally gave me the key.

I didnt do anything differnt just kept trying.
