think about the thread topic here.
What is to think about? You say it says Open Tray after a while.
The laser is gone.. Either replace the laser or get another BenQ.

it was flashed and i was wondering if i could return it to its original state
It won't help, the laser is most certainly dead.
Regardless, just flash with the orig.bin (original firmware).
That is, when you read your firmware before flashing the hacked firmware, it would have saved something like orig.bin or Ben-OFW.bin -- whatever it was, you should have made ten backups of it.
If in doubt if the file your flashing to your 360 is indeed your original fw, it would be advisable to READ your current fw, creating a backup.. save that in a safe place.. that way, if you flash the wrong thing to your BenQ, you can go back to that backup and recover your hacked iX firmware.
Hope that helps.
