So i took my drive out to make it external and added a fan in my 360 and it was working great without any problems for around 3 months, But little by little it started saying open tray ( started 2 weeks ago) but it would take awhile for it to open but now it wont open at all. It just says open tray so i open up the drive and everything is good and it doesn't spin at all even when i put a game inside manually .
My question is , is my drive dead or what could be possibly wrong ?
Thank you guys for any help you can give me because i am stuck on this. I've tried looking on the forum but with no avail!
