Title: Mtk Flash With Iprep Hangs, Cant Type "y" To Resend Commands

I'm helping a friend flash his benq 360 drive with the via chip, I've done my own fine but now his (on his computer) hangs when it gets to the "resend command.. y or n" he presses Y but nothing on the screen appears and enter, nothing happens. He can agree in the beginning and type in the dben serial but nothing after that. we've tried everything, driver issues, looking at iprep, comparing thumb drives, cant understand it. Any help would be appreciated.

MtkFlash won't work with Benq... You need to use Dosflash 1.3b... Also, try using iPrep 101, is makes thing very simple... it creates all the batch files and figures out all the port setting for you, it even fromats the USB stick of floppy to boot dos

thanks man, we were using iprep this whole time, however he plugged in his non wireless keyboard and it worked (btw still had the issue with both keyboards plugged in) after that worked like a charm!

thanks for the help anyway we were ready to toss everything out the window.
