Title: Benq Divide Error

I am trying to flash a benq vad6038 rom drive.
I am using Textbooks guide down to the letter, but it is not reading the banks.

Status: 0x73
Reading Bank 0...Divide error

I have checked the set up and configuration several times and have had this error now 3 times.

what is it? what am i doing wrong?

What's your setup, what sata chipset etc...

I AM using the VIA VT6421a chipset.
