Couldnt i just replace the laser on my XBOX360 Samsung Drive to make it better ect.
i get the odd read error.
i have found 3 types of laser
HD63 (original 360 samsung laser)
HD66 (Newer)
HD67 (Latest Release)
what would be the best to go for they all work on the sammy TS-H943, would the latest HD67 be just as good at reading blank media as the benQ is or is the laser not the problem otherwize i might just buy a benQ
and is it hard to replace the lasers in these drives,
hope there is no soldering involved, is it hard...

nice forums....
what about my other questiion when replaceing lasers do you have to solder or is it just ribon cables you need to pullout and push into the new one.
