Title: Vnc Viewer
Post by: largie on June 06, 2005, 05:44:00 AM
Hi there

I wonder if someone have made an VNC viewer for xbox? I have searched but haven't found it?

The idea of controlling your PC from a XBox should be great, since it would give the ability to browse the net on your pc. It should be a standalone xbe-app since I don't run linux on mine :)

  to the developer who creates this! :)

Linux? :boring:

Nah, just kidding. It can be done by Linux, however. It still is a nice idea, though.

Any news on this?

There are a variety of great VNC viewers for Linux.

IIRC, there is also at least one Xbox Linux LiveCD distribution if you don't want to do a hard drive install.  I forget what it is.  (Gentoo has LiveCDs for Xbox, but they're minimal ones that just have what is needed to start an install.)
