Just put your original firmware in the same folder as the firmtool and run the command and it will create your hacked firmware. Then use the erase option and then flash your hacked firmware.

When I flashed my friend's Benq, I used a via card and dosflash 16. I have never used the iprep tool. I just followed the directions on the readme file that came with dosflash. One thing to note is that I used a bootable floppy disk to run everthing from. I know that the floppy method is not the best choice, but I used an old computer that I threw together to do flashing with and it will not boot from a usb stick.

btw..

How did you flash it the first time? Or did someone else flash it for you?
