Title: Flashing Xbox 360 With A Laptop Sata Card?

I want to know if any one knows if you can flash a Xbox 360 using a Laptop SATA card?

I'm looking into flashing all version of DVD drives with my laptop, if you have a link to newegg or any where that sells the card let me know, I have a Dell 700m laptop.
