Title: Stuck On Booting Into Dos

So yeah, this is my first time flashing my drive i'm a bit new, but I got into BIOS and set the boot devices yet when it restarts it doesn't go into DOS command prompt, I think it may be my settings which are:

And whenever I set the removable flash drive to boot #1 it boots into windows normally..

Any help/settings you recommend for this?
