I was doing the 2 second interval, but it wasn't helping at all.. But I've read that the guy who created this had to reboot his PC (turning the 360 off, of course) in order to start reading properly, so I just figured, I'll try that..
Anyway.. the BenQ drive takes like 3 seconds to power off (stop spinning), so I took 3 seconds to turn it on again after I've been asked to press the Y.. and that happened just once (giving me the Status: 0x51).. all the other attempts the reading and flashing started right after I've turned on the 360. No more 0x51 for me. ^^
PS: Confirmed working on a Via 3120.. (they said it was needed a 6xxx version)..
