Title: Preventing Xbox Live Banning

ok so i finally got the older fimware on my hitachi drive the 2.4 stealth the newest wouldnt work with the error ive mentioned earlier im up and running with halo2 and forza 2 but how can M$ ban me the games are stealth burned but when i try to test live it wants me to update something should i or will it screw something up and get me banned does anyone know of this update for both the games  and using it on the 2.4 stealth for hitachi
