What did you do to it??? It shouldnt get broken from just reading the firmware, so I guess you did something else to it too? Or am I wrong?? Did you get the key from the BenQ drive atleast, so you can spoof the samsung drive or atleast change the drive in the future for an new BenQ?? If not, you could be screwed! Or you try to send it to repairs!? Did you buy some 3-5 year extra insurance with it, or do you only have MS guaranty?

Doesn't matter if he has MS guarantee or any extra bought guarantee.  He's been fiddling around inside his console and therefore it's void.  Any attempts to fix it under guarantee would be fraud.  Remember that whenever you do any console mods, YOU are your own guarantee.

With regards to fixing it, did you get a read of the Benq firmware or not?  If you did, just flash the Samsung with the key and spoof and you're all set.  If not, try to get a read of the firmware ASAP and proceed as above.  Failing that, you're only option is to get someone to remove the flash chip from the drive and get the firmware pulled off it directly.  If you can't get that done, you've got an expensive black paperweight.
